That’s what SketchPad does. Its a free web application that allows you to create beautiful landscapes and drawings. You can use its Drawing Tools and Utilities like Text, Shape, Pencil, Brush, Paint-Bucket, and Stamp, Marquee, Crop, Eraser, History Viewer and Color-Picker to paint anything you like on its screen. It is very simple, just draw and Save to get your output picture.
Sketchpad does not required Flash to run, it is developed using HTML5, marking the start of a new era of website construction and use of non-flash applications.
