You can ADD a COMMENT BOX/ COMMENT FORM beneath your BLOGGER | BLOGSPOT.
The Embedded comment box will appear under the end of your post if your blogger template doesn’t have this box function.

First, sign in to http://draft.blogger.com.
Then, click on the setting >>comments.
Choose the option “Embedded below post” and click on SAVE SETTINGS.

Until here, if the small comment box still not appear, you can continue on the following steps:
Tips from ls.
Go to your blogger.com, click on the Layout>>Edit HTML
Tick on Expand Widget Templates.

Find for the following line of code.

Paste the following line of code after the blue code above.
Click SAVE TEMPLATE.

Go back to your post, you’ll see a comment form/ comment box under your blogger post now.
