How to Add a Snow Effect in Blogger Blogspot?

Putting a Snow Effect at your Blogger Blogspot. How?

Go to your Blogger’s Layout>>Page Element.
Choose Add a Gadget>>choose add HTML/JavaScript.

Then copy and paste the code to a notepad, remove the ‘*‘ (in red color below).
