Hey thanx for this post. But how to save the picture ?
Many tanx !
In addition to the inevitable thanks, a little feedback. The BEST method (based on my first attempt this morning) is to save the doc as a web page. The folder created will contain a copy of the original photo. By contrast, when I copied the embedded photo into the MS Picture Manager I only got the resized version (the client had inserted an unresized photo and then resized it in the Word doc, and I need the unresized version). The drag to desktop technique doesn’t seem to work on my Vista setup.
Thanks.

Best trick:
WORD is archived (zip) file. Change extension to .zip, open as archive (double click), go to Word->media folder, all images are here in ORIGINAL size, not the display size.
Follow these steps to save image from MS Word
1) open the word document that containing the image.
2)Right click and cut or copy that image.
3)Now Open power point and Right click and paste the image.
4)Plz save the power point .
5) From that power point now right click that image and select the option “Save as picture” and save the image in jpg format.
6)Now you can see the image separately .
thanks very much !
