Plan to make a cool idea to impress your partners? Well, you can try to run a video on your desktop background to replace the static wallpaper that you currently have. Anyway it is very simple. First, you need to install a VLC media player (portable). This player can plays almost any types of video format such as DVDs, VCDs, etc.
To play video in VLC player, just right click on the VLC player and select Wallpaper.
That’s it! The video will now play in your desktop background as Wallpaper.
VLC is available for Windows, Mac and most Linux Operating Systems.

Why is it not working with mine, I tried it already but no Wallpaper option appeared when I pressed right click, PLEASE HELP
