Had you ever tried to delete some important files and later on you empty it from the Recycle Bin? But then, you found out that those files were important. Too late to get them back?
Perhaps not!
Most people are unaware that deleting a file from the Recycle Bin doesn’t really “Delete” the file from your computer’s Hard Drive. Indeed, when you delete a file from your Recycle Bin, Windows will only marks the file as deletion mode and remove it from the File System Database.
In fact, there is a free space occupied by the file marked as free space for new data, but the old file is still present there. If a new data is written in the same section of the free space where the old file existed, the old file will has a little chance to be recovered.
However, a recently deleted file has good chances of recovery.
There are few methods available you can use to recover deleted files, these tools are free:

I personally recommend PC Inspector. PC Inspector recovers files with the original time and date stamp. It recovers lost files and finds partitions automatically, even if the boot sector or FAT of your drive has been erased of damaged. You can easily save to get back the recovered files.

Restoration (Freeware)

Restoration is a straightforward tool to undelete files that were removed from the Recycle Bin, it is able to recover photos from a Flash card that had been formatted. Moreover, it also provides the option to clean the found files beyond simple recovery. The advantage of using this freeware is that it is standalone, no install needed.
