It's not too difficult to then record the voiceover for your presentation using a fairly standard headset - maybe something similar to the USB headsets commonly used for Skype. I'm surprised Powerpoint doesn't have this functionality built in to it as standard. (Makes me glad to be using a mac and running keynote) ;) Saving slide presentations to video is an incredibly powerful way to create great video content.
