Delicious Japanese Avocado Sushi Recipe you can try to make your own at home just like what you see in Japanese restaurant.
Get one yellow ripe Avocado (alligator pear). Cut around the middle of the avocado. Carefully twist around to open it.
You will find a huge seed in the center of avocado.
Take out the seed and cut the flesh in line, then scoop out with a spoon.
Mix hot rice with rice vinegar, sugar & salt in the following portions:
- 2 cups of rice (360ml)
- 4 tbsp of rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of salt
Prepare a piece of nori. Place sushi rice on the nori. Leave 15% space to close up the roll later. Put mayonnaise onto the rice, topping with avocado like this.
Roll up with a sushi mat, press tightly across to distribute the sushi roll equally. Cut the sushi roll with a sharp knife in speed.
Your Avocado Sushi roll is ready to serve. Enjoy eating with wasabi and Japanese soy sauce.
