Oil and fry the mixture in a rectangular pan. Flip over, oil the pan and repeat until mixture finished. The big Japanese Omelette is now formed. Press the shape with a supporting wooden board.
Wait it to cool down. Cut the omelette into slices with a sharp knife.
Mold the sushi rice in small rectangular cube, topping with omelette slice.
Finally, wrap both of them with a strip of nori (seaweed) in the middle.
Congratulation, you have done your own delicious Tamago Sushi (玉子焼き寿司).
