World’s First 3D Printed Hypercar

Posted by: JackSimz , November 20, 2019

This sleek-looking vehicle could provide insight into the future of manufacturing. Blade is a 3D printing four-wheel drive hybrid car.

The hypercar was designed by Divergent 3D to demonstrate its printing capabilities. Blade is printed from aluminum alloys manufactured by Divergent and carbon fiber made by aerospace.

Blade’s complete 3D printed frame weighs only 102lbs. There’s a seating place for the inline jet fighter inside the edge. Currently, no word yet about Blade’s speed or price.
